Who is watters?
Designs like Watters are truly what keep us going in the bridal industry. Born 1986 out of the love and passion of Vatana Watters, a niche was filled in the bridal market. Focused on sculptural silhouettes and luxery materials, each gown is uniquely itself. Over time, the parent company, Watters, has evolved into four main lines, each holding a distinct place in the market and offering something special for everyone. Based in Dallas, Texas, Watters operates under the mission “to create handcrafted wedding dresses that make every bride feel uniquely beautiful” and is now under the creative direction of Vatana’s daughter, Sydney Watters Rohleder. Directly aligning with the root of the EB brand, we couldn’t be more honored to be a home for all of the Watters lines.

Let’s break down each of the uniquely curated Watters lines!
The Watters signature line features classic gowns with a modern twist. Often adorned with small, intentional details placed on luxurious architectural silhouettes, these gowns truly fulfill the vision of the classic bride.
Locket, formerly WToo, is their trendier line, offering fashion-forward designs with unexpected yet incredibly breathtaking details. We especially love that the Locket line offers a luxury feel and on-trend design at a more affordable price for our brides.
Willowby is designed specifically for the whimsical bride, often seen with tiered skirts, delicate lace, and flowy tulle. Our brides tend to love Willowby’s unique twist on classic elements and how beautifully the gowns pair with their veil line. The collection is also available at a more affordable price point.
For the bride who has been dreaming about every look along her bridal journey, By Watters features a wide selection of little white dresses. Ranging from modern classics to lace with a twist or something truly showstopping, By Watters offers the perfect second (or third or fourth!) look, courthouse ensemble, or rehearsal dinner moment. They even offer select styles to complete your “something blue” addition to your bridal season.

Why We love Watters
It’s no secret that Watters is special to the EB team. As a family-based brand, we love that Watters was built upon a mother-daughter duo. Beyond that, we admire how they have positioned themselves within the industry, creating a uniquely recognizable identity by consistently using the same models and design elements throughout the years. They have thoughtfully reworked tried-and-true bridal looks in ways that allow them to remain relevant for decades.
Our team pours so much intention into the brands we choose, selecting each one based on consistency, craftsmanship, and timelessness. Watters has proven that they check every one of these boxes and can effortlessly stand the test of time. Our company manager, Rachael, even wore Watters at her own wedding, and we won’t lie, their designs have captured the hearts of many of our stylists with weddings of their own in the near future. We simply can’t get enough.
