DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
yes! Appointments are required so we can provide a dedicated stylist and a more personalized experience.
how long is an appointment?
our eb signature appointments are two hours. this gives you time to try on our collection, without feeling rushed.
what if i need to cancel or reschedule?
we understand plans change. if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
UNDERGARMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. BEYOND THAT, WEAR WHATEVER MAKES YOU FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE. BRAS ARE NOT NECESSARY, AND MANY GOWNS ARE DESIGNED TO BE TRIED ON WITHOUT ONE.

WE RECOMMEND KEEPING YOUR GROUP SMALL AND SUPPORTIVE. THE RIGHT PEOPLE WILL HELP YOU FEEL CONFIDENT, NOT OVERWHELMED. OUR BRIDAL SUITES COMFORTABLY FIT UP TO 6 GUESTS.

NOT AT ALL. MANY BRIDES COME IN UNSURE, AND YOUR STYLIST WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
HOW DOES AN APPOINTMENT START?
WE’LL START BY TALKING THROUGH YOUR VISION, PREFERENCES, AND ANYTHING YOU ALREADY HAVE IN MIND. FROM THERE, YOUR STYLIST WILL BEGIN PULLING GOWNS FOR YOU TO TRY ON.
how many dresses will i try on?
It varies, but most brides try on a curated selection rather than a large number. The goal is to keep the experience focused and intentional.
What if I don’t like anything I try on at first?
That’s completely normal. Your stylist will adjust based on your feedback and keep refining until we find what feels right.
Can I try on the same dress more than once?
Of course. Many brides revisit their favorites to compare and feel confident in their choice.
Will I feel rushed to decide?
Not at all. Our goal is to help you feel confident in your decision, not pressured into one.
What if I find the one?
when you find your dress, we’ll walk you through next steps, measurements, and ordering details so everything feels clear and easy.
ORDERING & TIMELINE
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DRESS?
most gowns take 6-8 months to arrive, plus time for alterations. we recommend starting your search 9-12 months before your wedding for the best selection and timing.
what happens after i say yes to my dress?
once you’ve chosen your gown, we’ll take your measurements, review all order details with you, and place your order. from there, we’ll keep you updated as your dress moves through production.
how does payment work?
We do ask that gowns be paid in full at the time of purchase. For those who prefer, we also offer the option to place a deposit and pay the remaining balance before your gown arrives. your stylist will walk you through everything so it feels clear and easy.
can i rush order a dress?
some designers offer rush options depending on style and timeline. your stylist will guide you through what’s possible.
my wedding is less than 6 months away.
we have options! from rush orders to off-the-rack gowns, your stylist will help you find something that works within your timeline.
